NEW CLIENTS PLEASE READ

By booking your appointment, you agree to the following policies and information.

Cancellation/Reschedule/No Show Policy:

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will incur a 50% of booked service fee.

No shows will receive an invoice for 100% of the booked service. This applies if you need to cancel for any reason.

Location:

Huapai, Auckland. You will be sent the address in your confirmation email once you have booked.

Parking: 

There is plenty of street parking available, please do not park in the driveway.

Removal:

If you need removal of product currently on your nails, please ensure you have this booked in so I can allow enough time for your appointment. Please note I do not remove any acrylic, SNS products, or hard gel applied elsewhere (I only remove gel polish).

Lateness:

If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and the cancellation fee will apply. 

Payment:

You may pay for your appointment with eftpos or cash (please bring exact amount as I don't always have change). If you wish to pay by credit card there will be 2.85% added to your total to cover the transaction fee.
